Easy Chair Yoga with Nancy Bie- This class consists of breathing exercises, with warmups, kriyas, and modified yoga postures performed safely seated in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. It is for students who want a deeply relaxing and less physically challenging class. It is appropriate for students new to yoga, as well as elderly folks and those with injuries. The focus of this class is to enable the student to explore within, releasing stress and gently stretching and strengthening their muscles.
Peaceful Heart Yoga with Kate Diehl--A blend of active asanas (yoga poses) and Yin (restorative poses held for longer periods of time) combined with meditation, sound healing, and reflection to invoke a sense of Peace and Balance within.

Pilates -Challenge your core muscles while stretching and toning in this fun, all-levels appropriate mat class.

Viinyasa Flow --This Fun class is open to all levels of practice!
Class starts with centering and focus on breathe and meditation, followed by a brief warm-up sequence.
In this Vinyasa Flow students focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow, awakening their strength, energy and flexibility. The energy of the class builds on a series of basic or modified Sun Salutations, and by adding a variety of standing, balancing and floor postures, and ending with relaxation. Students are encouraged to work at their level of experience, always being mindful of their abilities. Instructor offers options and modifications throughout the class.The use of props is encouraged to keep students safe.
Yin Yoga ---This yoga works with the connective tissue (fascia) and the joints to give a deep stretch and allow these areas to release tension. There are fewer poses per class than in other yoga practices, and the poses are held for longer periods of time.
Restorative Yoga with Reiki ---Come in Stressed~Leave Refereshed! Allow yourself to sink into total bliss! During this special 1 1/2 hr. class you will use bolsters, pillows, blocks, and props to release all tension physically and mentally to completely relax and rejuvenate. Reiki is a subtle energetic healing technique designed to help you Balance body, mind, and spirit. Includes a guided meditation.
